We design extruders to process hot rubber compound from internal or open mixers, as well as cold-feed compound. The result: filtered semi-finished products with high purity and consistent quality.
SUPREMA CONICAL TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDER SERIES BVC
The BVC series is a twin-conical screw extruder capable of receiving raw compound from a mixer/kneader or from other extruders, calenders, or mills, thanks to the geometry of its hopper and screw inlet. Once the compound is taken in by the screw, it is effectively masticated, mixed, and cooled.
The twin-conical extruder can then operate as a standard low-discharge-pressure extruder—i.e., producing sheets or other shaped outputs—or be equipped with a gear pump when higher discharge pressure is required, for example to obtain more precise, high-volume, or filtered materials/final products.

SUPREMA FILTER SERIES GPF – SHORT EXTRUDER + GEAR PUMP
The GPF series consists of a short-transport-geometry screw extruder that feeds a linear gear pump. The universal head is suitable for producing any type of semi-finished product and always incorporates a large filtering surface along with the option of quick filter replacement.
It is the most versatile solution for cold feeding and final compound filtration, as it combines the advantage of high production flexibility with high output.

SUPREMA FILTER SERIES BLADEGEAR – STANDALONE FOUR-GEAR PUMP
Bladegear is the most compact, high-efficiency filter in the Suprema line. In this special machine, both feeding and extrusion of the rubber are performed by specially designed herringbone gears, which require precise strips/sheets to continuously feed the gears while achieving very high output at low temperatures in a compact setup.
The main purpose of this extrusion machine is compound screening, but it can also be used as a standard extruder when high throughput is essential or in dedicated mixing rooms.
The Bladegear series always includes the filtering head; output depends on screen specifications and compound.
